Ovens play an important role for this purpose. 
Principle  of Operation:
Paint baking Oven is used for dust free baking of articles.
The task of Paint baking Oven is to raise the temperature of paint film & its underlying 
substrate to a point where chemical curing or polymerisation takes place & to 
maintain that temperature until the process is complete 

The Oven is designed on this principal hot air recirculation & convection of Heat 
transfer to achieve uniform temperature of object. Air at high speed is spread inside 
the Oven enclosure at the set temperature by Centrifugal Blower. A direct drive design 
having extended shaft electric AC motor coupled to Aluminium  centrifugal blower 
wheel. Vertical airflow across chamber working space provides even & accurate 
temperature gradient.
